The website has no forms, accounts or newsletter. The only information we collect through it is what you choose to send us by email, such as your contact details and the content of your messages, together with the information needed for our business relationships.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address for a short time, for security and to keep the site running. Visits are counted in aggregate, without identifying anyone.

The website does not use cookies and does not track visitors across websites, so signals such as “Do Not Track” have no effect on how it operates. The website is not directed at children.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to communicate with you, enter into and perform our contracts, comply with our legal obligations and keep the website secure. Depending on the case, this processing is based on the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest. Some information is required to enter into a contract with us.

We do not sell your personal information and do not make any decisions based solely on automated processing.

4. Sharing and transfers

We share your information only when necessary, with our service providers, our professional advisors, partners where our agreements require it, or when required by law. Two service providers handle data on our behalf: the website is hosted by Cloudflare, and our email is provided by Google Workspace. Their servers are located outside Quebec, including in the United States. We ensure that your information receives adequate protection, using recognized safeguards where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, and then securely destroy or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to your information, its correction, deletion or portability, or the restriction of its processing, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, email info@spaceexplorersstudios.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the data protection authority where you live, such as the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, along with its last updated date.
